Please note: Our new toilet rebate program started July 1, 2015. Only toilets purchased on or after July 1, 2015, are eligible for a rebate.
How Do You Get a Rebate?
Purchase a qualifying high-efficiency toilet on or after July 1, 2015. Your new toilet must carry the EPA WaterSense label. Find a current list on the EPA website. Limit: two per household.
Install the toilet within MMWD’s service area. Note: You must be replacing a toilet using 3.5 gallons per flush (GPF) or greater, or 1.6 GPF model year 2001 or older. Not sure how much water your toilet uses? See our information sheet on How to Check Your Toilet's Flush Volume.
Complete and mail in the toilet rebate application along with your original receipt. Be sure to carefully read all the terms and conditions on the application form and to keep a copy of the form and your receipt for your records. Rebates are processed on a first-come, first-served basis while funds last.
More about WaterSense Toilets
WaterSense labeled toilets have passed rigorous testing standards and often perform better than conventional, less efficient models. Information about flushing performance of specific toilet models can be found on the Maximum Performance (MaP) testing website.
