District Operations Committee

The DOC reviews proposed contracts for capital projects and facilities maintenance, consulting agreements, pipeline extension agreements, variance requests, leasing proposals, disposal of surplus real estate, and any other matters relating to facilities and operations prior to a regular board meeting. It is an opportunity to review an item in greater detail for those board members who may wish to attend. The items are forwarded on to the full board at a regular meeting with a recommendation from the committee.
