Customer Service

The Login/Register link at the top right of the page provides access to our online payment system. If you have never used the system, you must first create a username and password. To do so:  1) Click on the Login/Register link. 2) Complete the information at the bottom of the page under "New Users." 3)  Click "Continue" and follow the prompts.  After you have a username and password, login at the top of the page under "Existing Users." 

Using the online payment system you can:

• Pay your bill with MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover or a checking account
• Set up automatic payments
• Change your address/phone
• Request a high consumption inquiry
• Request ebills
• Stop service
• Review past bills
• Review payment history of payments made on the online account system
