Create an Online Billing Account

The "Online Bill Pay" link near the top left of the page provides access to our online payment system. If you have never used the system, you must first create a username and password. To do so:
  1. Click on the "Online Bill Pay" link.
  2. Complete the information at the bottom of the page under "new users."
  3. Click "Continue" and follow the prompts.
Using the online payment system you can:
  • Change your address and/or phone number
  • Pay your bill with MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or a checking account
  • Request a high consumption inquiry
  • Request e-bills
  • Review past bills
  • Review payment history of payments made on the online account system
  • Set up automatic payments
  • Stop service
Telephone Scam Warning
MMWD would like our customers to be aware of a telephone scam that has been reported in our area. It involves a recorded message that states your water bill is past due. It then asks the customer to push a number to be connected to provide payment information. MMWD will not ask for credit card information over the phone. If you received a suspicious phone call, please call our Customer Service Department at 415-945-1400 for accurate information about your account. If you believe you've been a victim of a scam, you can contact the Federal Communications Commission at 1-888-225-5322 and/or your local police.
