Watch: How to Check for Leaks Using Your Water Meter

This week (March 14-20) is Fix a Leak Week, an annual reminder about the importance of finding and fixing household leaks, which every year waste about 1 trillion gallons of water nationwide. We're teaming up with the U.S. Environmental  Protection Agency's WaterSense program and water agencies across the country to spread the word about saving water (and money) by fixing leaks.

How can you tell if you have a leak in your plumbing? Your water meter is a good place to start. MMWD Water Conservation Specialist Shasta shows how:
