Notice to Customers - July 27, 2023

An independent public opinion research company has been hired by Marin Water to conduct a public opinion survey to obtain feedback on the District’s water service. Marin Water customers may be contacted by phone, text or email to participate in the survey in July or early August.

All customer participation and responses to this survey will be completely confidential. The identity of individual respondents and their individual answers to survey questions will not be shared.
