Marin Water is nearing completion of its next five-year Strategic Plan, which outlines the organizational goals and objectives the District intends to accomplish over the next five years.

Meant to guide the work of all District departments and personnel, Marin Water’s strategic plan has five key goal areas:

  • Reliable Water Supply
  • Resilient Water System
  • Watershed Stewardship
  • Fiscal Responsibility
  • Organizational Excellence

The District's Board of Directors provided additional input on the document at its Jan. 23 meeting, and requested staff to bring the plan back to be considered for approval at its next regular Board of Directors meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 13, beginning at 6:30 p.m.

The public may view the proposed plan and attend the Feb. 13 meeting virtually via Zoom or in person at the Marin Water Administration Building Board Room, 220 Nellen Ave., Corte Madera.

The meeting agenda and Zoom participation link will be posted to the District's Meetings and Agenda Hub by close of business Friday, Feb. 9.
