Due to Covid-19, our customer service office in Corte Madera is temporarily closed to the public, but we remain on the job to assist you. Customer services are available during business hours, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. via telephone, email, USPS mail, and online at CustomerService@MarinWater.org. Water bill payments by cash or check may be placed in the drop box in front of our building. While the watershed office is also temporarily closed to the public, the watershed remains open with some health and safety restrictions. Visitors must comply with social distancing requirements of at least 6 feet, and wear a mask when near other visitors. If you are feeling sick or if you have a fever, please do not visit the watershed until you are well. Our volunteer programs that take place on the watershed have been postponed during the pandemic.
