Marin Water offers several fast and easy ways to pay your bill:

Automatic Bill Payments

It's fast, easy, and stress free. Enroll in EasyPay to automatically pay your bill using an electronic payment from your checking account. Payments post by scheduled payment date.

Online Payments

Use our secure online payment system to pay with your credit card or checking account. You'll receive a username and password when you register for an online account with us. Payments post within two business days.

Mail Payments

Payment post on the following business day after receipt of payment. Mail a check in the reply envelope enclosed with your bill to:

Visit Marin Water's Customer Service office at 220 Nellen Avenue, Corte Madera, CA 94925, during regular business hours (Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.), excluding holidays.

 

Additional pandemic relief funds for customers
To help provide relief for hardships created by the COVID-19 pandemic, the California State Water Resources Control Board established the California Extended Water and Wastewater Arrearage Payment Program (Extended Arrearage Program). This program uses federal funding from the American Rescue Plan Act to assist with Californian's water bill debts accrued during the pandemic. In total, the District has received $3,607,587 for customer assistance through the State Water Resources Board, under both the Water Arrearage Program and the Extended Arrearage Program. 

Through the Extended Arrearage Program, the District has automatically credited customer accounts with unpaid balances accrued during the billing periods from Jun. 16, 2021 and Dec. 31, 2022.
