Use this form to report a water leak in the street. If this is a water emergency (i.e., a potential main break), please call 415.945.1500.

NOTE: This form is ONLY for leaks in the street/ right-of-way. For other kinds of leaks:

Report Water Waste form: Report water being wasted on a property, such as excess irrigation water running off the property, broken or misdirected sprinklers watering pavement or watering in the middle of the day.
