Project Description 

Installation of approximately 300 feet of 4-inch piping from the intersection of Berry Lane and Sir Francis Drake Blvd. to #8 Berry Lane. This project replaced an existing 4-inch cement lined cast iron pipe originally installed in 1938. 

Benefits

Prior to this project, the original line had reached the end of its useful life and was beyond repair, resulting in an above ground plastic pipeline to temporarily serve the customers on Berry Lane. Performing this project allowed for the new pipeline to be installed underground increasing the safety and reliability of service to these customers.
