Fire Safety and Emergency Preparedness Critical

This project – installing a larger water pipeline – increases the volume of water available for fighting fires as part of Marin’s Fire Flow Program. Developed together with residents, city and county officials, area fire chiefs and residents, the Marin Fire Flow Program is being implemented by Marin Water over the next 15 years to address a key public safety concern in the region.
