Help care for the Mt. Tam Watershed trails you love

People work on a small wooden bridge in a remote, wilderness setting.
Join us for one of our upcoming monthly trail stewardship events, where each month we’ll focus on improving a different trail on the Mt. Tam Watershed.

Marin Water is expanding community trail stewardship opportunities through exciting partnerships – most recently with Redwood Trails Alliance (RTA). As part of this collaboration, RTA is providing dedicated support for trail stewardship work and helping coordinate monthly volunteer events open to the public. The first trail stewardship event from this partnership took place Aug. 2. But there are still opportunities to contribute.

Events take place on the first Saturday of each month through December:
  • Sept. 6
  • Oct. 4
  • Nov. 1
  • Dec. 6
Volunteer activities may include bridge repairs, trail tread work and vegetation management. Whether you join for one or all, it’s a great way to give back to the trails that mean so much to our community. We hope to see you out there!
