Marin Water has been working with local stakeholders and multiple agencies to augment the district's water supply and lessen the impact of the unprecedented drought and future water shortages. The Emergency Intertie Project (EIP) includes an 8-mile pipeline across the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge that would carry water purchased from third parties to Marin.
