The Wolfback Ridge Tank Rehabilitation Project will restore two 25,000 gallon welded steel water storage tanks. Constructed in 1997, and fed via an 8-inch pipeline from Wolfback Ridge Pump Station, this pair of tanks serves residents in and around Wolfback Ridge Road in Sausalito. This project replaces the tank roof, gussets and roof hat plate due to corrosion. Work also involves recoating the interior and exterior of both tanks. The work will be completed one tank at a time to ensure continual water service to the 37 Marin Water connections served by the tanks.

Investing in your water system
The tank rehabilitation project replaces aging infrastructure as part of the District's Capital Improvement Program. Work to re-coat and improve the existing tanks saves ratepayer money versus complete tank replacement, while also improving water quality and lowering maintenance costs moving forward.
